A Sales Associate is responsible for the management and performance of non-medicine category in the store. 

A Sales Associate must have an in depth knowledge of VMS [Vitamins, Minerals, supplements], sports nutrition, beauty and skin care products. And thereby ensure customers are being given with professional advises based on their requirements, which can drive in sales as well as excellent customer experience in our stores. Sales Associate must ensure that the category sales is driven to achieve the set targets of the assigned category. Sales Associate must also train the fellow teammates on the categories.

Sales Associate is responsible for the overall presentation, inventory of the category in the store.

Sales Associate give continuous feedback on the market trends and inventory up gradation comments to the Store Manager / Management. 

Knowledge & Need based Selling: Comprehensive and clear understanding of all products on the shelves and business interests to ensure to push the right product to the right customer. 

Brand Visibility with Principle Suppliers: Maintaining and harnessing strong business ties and initiatives with the principle suppliers to both promote brands and also create awareness among customers on the various features and benefits and in the long run develop BRAND recognition and Loyalty for LIFE PHARMACY group.

Initiative to push and move stock within the business based on revenue trends: Stock expiry and its effective management. Taking onus for the stock in store, and being responsible for its movement off the shelf. Ensuring best ordering and reordering methods are implemented at all times.

Educational Qualifications:
     Bachelors in Science/Management or Business Administration with relevant retail experience in Healthcare / Pharma/ Nutrition Stores

Computer Knowledge:
     All preliminary skills

Communication Skills:
     Proficient in English and preference to candidate with IELTS band 6.5 overall or any other equivalent scoring system. Any and all Arabic Language skills are appreciated from all candidates at Life Pharmacy Group.
