The Regional Retail Manager @ LIFE will be responsible for the operation of multiple retail outlets in the region, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. The Regional Retail Manager will also manage teams, set store policies and procedures, and oversee inventory management.

- Inventory Management, Sales Management, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in retail operations and team management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of healthcare products and retail trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Previous experience in the pharmacy or healthcare industry is a plus
