Purpose of the Role:
Reporting to the Team Lead, the Medical Representative is responsible for the achievement of sales targets and implementation of sales strategies of the assigned products, within UAE in order to attain sales volume, customer growth and customer satisfaction, in line with agreed commercial/account plans.

Job Requirement
Required Competencies:
Qualifications and Experience· Science Graduate (e.g. Pharmacy, Science, etc.)· Minimum of one years’ sales experience in an Pharmaceutical/healthcare company·
Experience in Nutraceutical is preferred but not essential
Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Conduct brand activities, in line with local market strategy, budget and business needs

Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Sales Targets:
- Monitor sales against forecast and participate in determination of market potential for UAE
- Ensure the product mix of sales is aligned to the cycle plan, as agreed by line manager and defined annual objectives for individual, sales team and franchise
- Obtain research and full background information on each customer prior to visits
- Manage daily itinerary and route schedule to maximize efficiency
- Manage day-to-day customer relations and development of long term customer relationship, and ensure high levels of customer satisfactio
- Work closely with line manager to enlist product(s) in key centers and tenders in the marke
Conduct brand activities, in line with local market strategy, budget and business needs
- Take necessary action(s) to identify new opportunities for product(s)
- Demonstrate a high level of medical and marketing knowledge
- Develop and enhance local marketing knowledge
